- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Bad. Don't go here if you need immediate care. Called after a worksite fall for concussion treatment, they said come in as soon as possible. Walked in to Bothell office and they'd never heard of me. Was told all calls go through Totem Lake and that I should go there because they don't have any openings in Bothell. I said I shouldn't be driving, so I would just go home. Don't remember what happened after that. Same deal with stitches today. If you call Bothell, you get Totem Lake.March 30, 2017by Brian Tyler
