  JOSH BENNETT: They Did the Same thing to Me. Canceled Me for No Reason at All. Now They make it Seem like it is my fault. This is Washington State, Why Am I NOT Surprised that they treat the poor like we are less than Animals and Don't even Deserve Decent Communication. Now I Cannot have Healthcare. They Gave Me the Wrong information; I follow their instructions, And NOW I am Without Insurance for them NOT doing their Jobs Right. Typical of Washington State institutions to do that (to the poor).

  When you need help be ready for them to transfer you to every place on Earth only to say it's someone else's fault. Complete idiots. Absolutely unhelpful. I knew insurance companies are pretty incompetent but this one takes the gold.

  I wish there was a no star option. I've had to call in multiple times for the same issues. I'm on hold right now trying to correct my daughter's PCP and this is the third time I've had to call on this and it's still not corrected. No one responds to the contact us section on the website. Worst insurance company I have ever dealt with by far!
